What we process

When you visit the site, our server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser identifier) in server log files. The purpose is secure and stable operation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after a short time.

There is no shop, no account and no form that sends data to us. Search and the Scent Finder are evaluated entirely in your browser. Inputs are not stored and not transmitted to us.

Hosting

The site is operated on servers in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH, Falkenstein data centre). A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.

Statistics (with consent only)

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 with an anonymised IP address to understand which content is helpful (page views, search terms, completion of the Scent Finder). Without consent no Google script is loaded. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. We store your decision locally in the browser (localStorage, key pt_consent). You can change it at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

The provider is Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transferred to the USA, based on standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies

We do not set cookies for advertising or tracking. Only the local storage of your consent decision is technically necessary.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Write to us at the email address above.
