Return

You can return products to us within 14 days without any problems. Please inform us in advance via email at hello(at)parfumtipp.de about which products you want to return and in what condition they are. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Why don’t we offer free returns?

Your purchase should be a conscious decision; we don’t want to send 10 products, have 9 of them returned, and in between, 44 kg of CO2 is emitted into the air. Thank you for your understanding!

Hygiene Reasons: Sealed Goods

For sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, the following rules apply: A full refund of the amount paid is only possible if the goods are in their original condition, i.e., sealed (unopened, unused, and undamaged) when they arrive with us. Otherwise, we reserve the right to withhold up to 20% of the sale price. Gift vouchers cannot be returned.

You only need to cover any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the quality, properties, and functionality of the goods.

Once your return has been received by us, we will process it as quickly as possible and refund the amount to you. Please have some patience, as the processing and refunding process can take between 5 and 10 business days. As soon as the processing of your return is complete, we will notify you by email.

We recommend keeping the return receipt until the processing of your return is complete, as you may need to prove that you have delivered the goods to a shipping service provider to avoid the risk of the return.
